This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of website development services provided by Kharleonaphran.
You may cancel your website development service agreement at any time by providing written notice to Kharleonaphran. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@kharleonaphran.world.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The following items are non-refundable:
Monthly maintenance and support services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered during the current billing period.
